The staff is amazing, if you want video’s of your baby progress they send them right away, if you have any questions or concerns they answer right away before and after they come home. The entire process is great staff is with you every step of the way.

After many years of searching for a perfect Russian blue baby to adopt, hoping I could find one locally but there was no luck since it’s one of those cat breeds that are surrendered rarely and snatched up very quickly! Luckily, I stumbled upon russianbluepets.com online after a random search and thought this is it if not now when?! I was skeptical at first but as desperate as I was I went ahead and placed the deposit without much research. I ended up waited a good 6 weeks with very little communation from their part. The staffs are friendly enough to reply in a timely manner whenever I reach out with questions and concerns. I just wish they would at least give me weekly updates especially as a new customer! I definitely reccommend russianbluepets.com to anyone only if you are prepare to wait at least up to 6 weeks if the kittens aren’t available for pick up on their website! I am very happy with Emily and will consider getting a second one from them in the future! 😀
